When your order is ready to be delivered, we will send you an email informing you with the day and time-frame of delivery. We will also send a reminder SMS on the day of your delivery (we might also opt to call).
If your assigned delivery date does not work for you please let us know and we will reschedule delivery. If you do not notify us and we unsuccessfully attempt to deliver your item, we will leave a note informing you of our delivery attempt. We will provide a new delivery date at a charge of €12.

If you would not like us to contact the recipient, kindly reply to the email at least one day prior to delivery and provide us with a contact number of an alternative person living in the same residence.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and to confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. If for any reason the delivery is unsuccessful, we will leave a note informing them of our delivery attempt. We will then contact you to agree on a new delivery date at a charge of €12.
If, for any reason, the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, we will contact you accordingly. Kindly note that you will still be held fully liable for the cost of the gift(s).
We are an online store and we only offer delivery service.
If you would like to cancel an order, contact us on email@example.com to inform us of your request. If your order is not already in progress, we will be happy to cancel your order. On the other hand, due to the fact that a lot of the items are personalised, we would not be able to cancel your order if the item would be in the process of being compiled. In case of any cancellation, we will provide you with a gift certificate of the same value.
Deliveries should not take longer than indicated in the "Delivery Details" page. But in case they do, please contact immediately in case you end up in this situation.
